Golden Stream is the expression of late-matured arbequine olives harvested from the end of November and December just before the first freezes and persistent fogs start covering our fields. If we choose to wait until the very end of the season is to allow the trees to mature the fruit and achieve the sweetest possible flavour.

By the time they are harvested the olives have turned magenta, a clear indication that the fruit is fully ripe and ready to be picked.

It is a fruity golden olive juice, soft and sweet with an aftertaste of almond and banana, a well-balanced extra virgin olive oil suitable for all kind of dishes.
